Biographical data about the author

PENEV, Todor Vasilev Penev (26.VIII.1906-1994). Born in Shumen. He graduated from the State University in Sofia in 1933, majoring in pedagogy. Teacher, lecturer in philosophy, aesthetics, history. Member of the Group of Shumen artists. Since 1960, he has participated in local exhibitions. He has the order “Cyril and Methodius” – Third degree.
