PAPAZOVA, Milka Dimitrova Papazova (7.X.1930 – 30.12. 2017 Shumen) Born in the village of Batak, V. Tarnovsko. He graduated from the Institute for Junior High School Teachers with a major in drawing. Long-time drawing teacher and methodist. Member of the Group of Shumen artists. Since 1979, he has actively participated in local national exhibitions of the teachers-artists, in exhibitions of the Shumen artists, and has held many solo exhibitions. Works in the field of painting and decorative technique “batik”. Author of the teaching aid “Mosaic, batik, souvenirs” – published by NI “Narodna Prosveta”, 1987 in a team with R. Racheva and Z. Karazapryanova. In 2005, she was awarded a silver badge by the Municipality of Shumen for her creative and teaching activities.
