Berberov, Hristo Ivanov – born on 23.10.1875. in the town of Elena, died on January 29, 1948 in Sofia. Hristo Berberov is a Bulgarian artist, painter. He paints landscapes, mostly marine, he also leaves portraits. He graduated from the Art Academy in Turin under Grosso Geraldi in 1898. In 1899 he participated in the 4th exhibition of the Society for the Preservation of Art in Bulgaria. He taught Anatomy and Perspective at the Art Industrial School in Sofia (1912-1922).
