Biographical data about the author

MANASIEV, Yanaki Nikolov Manasiev (7.XI.1932-1978). Born in the village of Bozhitsa, Omurtag region. In 1958, he graduated in painting under Prof. Iliya Petrov at the Academy of Arts. Since 1960, he has participated in art exhibitions. Creative Secretary of the Society of Shumen Artists. One of the creators of “Shumenska Zarya”. Associate professor of painting at VTU “St. Cyril and Methodius”. Member of the SBH.
