Blagomir Kirilov Papazov Born on 15.07.1953 in Shumen. In 1972, he completed artistic decoration at the “Prof. A. Zlatarov” Technical School in Novi Pazar. In 1985, Prof. M. Bumov graduated from the “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” VTU. Since 1988, he has been an assistant in fine arts at “Ep. Konstantin Preslavski” School of Fine Arts. From 1992-1995, he was a doctoral student at the K. Ohridski University, Department of Pedagogy. In 1995, he defended his doctoral degree on the topic: “Modelling in art education”. Since 1998, he has been an associate professor of Theory and Teaching Methodology in Visual Arts at the School of Fine Arts, and then a professor. Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Education for three terms. Member of the DSHH. Member of SBH – graphics section. Participates in international, national and regional exhibitions. In 1993 he held a solo exhibition in Shumen.
