Varbanov, Toma Varbanov. Born on October 19, 1943 in Plovdiv. Prof. Toma Varbanov is an artist and a long-time teacher of mural painting and painting at the National Academy of Arts. Graduated in Mural Painting at the National Academy of Arts – Sofia. He specialized in Painting at the Grand Chaumier Academy in Paris. Appears in wall art, all genres of painting and drawing. He works in the field of figurative composition, portraiture and landscape.
