PETKOVA, Marianna Kinova Petkova (12.II.1957). Born in Troyan. In 1976, he graduated from the Art High School in Sofia, and in 1980 from the VTU “St. Cyril and Methodius”, majoring in mural painting. Teacher at “S. Dobroplodni” Secondary School Shumen and part-time assistant at “Ep. K. Preslavski” Secondary School. Since 1980, he has been a member of the DSHH, since 1984 of the Studio of the Young Artist – “Graphics” section at the SBH, since 1990 of the Studio of Artist-Teachers in Shumen. He works in the field of monumental and fine painting, graphics and decorative and applied arts. Participates in art exhibitions, in an international biennial, has 9 solo exhibitions. He makes illustrations for the village of “Shumenska Zarya”. 1997 – winner of the Shumen Prize.
