Biographical data about the author

Dimitar Vitkov Nikolov. Born on 05.12.1953. in Sofia – died on 18.12.2005. From 1969 to 1973 he studied at the Academy of Arts in Sofia. In 1981, he graduated painting at the Academy of Arts under Prof. Svetlin Rusev. Since 1984, he has been a member of the SBH. During the period 1981 – 1983 worked as a curator in the museum in Targovishte and led a school of fine arts, and then taught painting, and from 1988 to 2004 worked as a curator and chief treasurer at NHG.
