Biographical data about the author

Kuteva, Nadezhda Filipova (11.01.1946). She was born in Sofia in 1946. In 1972, she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia, majoring in mural painting (decorative-monumental painting). He specialized in the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, USA. He paints still lifes, landscapes, figurative compositions. In recent decades, he researched the Bulgarian folklore heritage and created a series of cycles recreating Bulgarian customs, rites and others. Nadezhda Kuteva is the daughter of Philip Kutev – composer, creator of the largest Bulgarian folk ensemble.
