Petar Petrov Morozov (1888-1951) graphic designer and painter. Born on September 6, 1880 in Ruse, died on January 22, 1951 in Sofia. Participant in the Balkans and the First World War. He was chairman of the Society of Independent Artists and secretary of the House of Arts and Printing (1931-1935). He is known for his historical paintings with hundreds of aquatints and etchings, with landscapes of Bulgarian antiquity, everyday and ritual scenes, with portraits. Pioneer of Bulgarian printed graphics. Introduces color aquatint in Bulgaria.
