Biographical data about the author

Dabov, Nikolay Timofeev (1936-2016). Born on 11.04.1936 in the city of Lovech. Nikolay Dabov graduated from the Art Academy in Sofia in 1963, majoring in “Decorative Monumental Painting” under Prof. Georgi Bogdanov. He returned to Pleven and joined the group of Pleven artists, became one of its significant representatives and became a cultural emblem of the city. Since 1972, he has been a member of the SBH, “Painting” section. Landscape and still life occupy a special place in his work.
