Biographical data about the author

KOZAROVA, Militsa Ivanova Kozarova (12.ІІІ.1904-1985). Born in Shumen in the family of a drawing teacher. He studied painting at the Art Academy (1925-1929) under Stefan Ivanov, Ivan Lazarov, Alexander Mutafov, Anton and Boris Mitovi, Nikolay Raynov. He taught at the Shumen girls’ high school (1932-1957). Participated in exhibitions: in Sofia (1932), Budapest (1934). He held four solo exhibitions: in Yambol (1931), in Provadia (1932), in Shumen (1939 and 1975). Traveled to Paris in 1938.
