Yusuf Mustofov Husmyanov (Yosko) – Born on December 8, 1946 in the village of Srednia, region Noisy. He has a secondary technical education. His first teacher was Hristo Dochev (1933-2007), from whom he gained knowledge in the field of portraiture. He studied with Vicho Atanasov in Shumen’s Divdyadovo quarter, where he lived for 6 years from 1968 to 1974. He attended the Art Club formed by Vladimir Vichev at the Dobri Voinikov community center led by V. Chalakov and St. Petrov received his first instruction in painting there. He works in the DIY section – painting with oil paints, watercolor; he makes portraits, landscapes in a naïve style, he also works in the field of applied activities, making signs with a pyrograph, painting on leather, tiles, etc. From 1966 to the present, he has been engaged in cartooning.
