Svetozar Yordanov Chilingirov Born on February 22, 1969 in Shumen. He graduated from VTU “St. St. St. Cyril and Methodius”, faculty of PII majoring in “Painting” under Prof. Alexander Terziev in 1996. Since the fall of the same year, he was a teacher of fine arts at “Sava Dobroplodni” secondary school, chief assistant and associate professor of painting at “Ep. Konstantin Preslavski” School of Education – Faculty of Pedagogy, Shumen. He works in the field of fine painting. His paintings are in private collections in the country and in Germany, Norway, Turkey, etc. As a member of DSHH since 1996, he participated in their exhibitions. He held solo exhibitions in Varna, Bursa Turkey, Mannheim Germany, Shumen, etc.
