Dimov, Zhelyazko S. Dimov Dr. Zhelyazko Dimov was born in 1941. in the village of Izvornik, region Varna. In 1967, he graduated in medicine at the Higher Medical Institute – Varna, specialized in internal medicine at the Medical Academy – Sofia. He worked as a doctor in the Regional Hospital in General Toshevo, Novi Pazar, MBAL – Shumen AD. He worked for 5 years in the Central Hospital of Sebha – Libya as a specialist. He has been painting since he was a child, he has had three solo exhibitions, he also participates in collective exhibitions. He paints watercolor, tempera, pastel, oil paints, depicting allegorical multi-figure compositions, works in the genres of landscape and still life; the works are executed in the author’s characteristic naïve style.
