Item description

Iron blade, deeply curved to the inner cutting edge, partly hardened. The hilt plaques are of dark horn and spread out in two “ears” to either side, characeristic of the type. The scabbard is missing. Belonged to Vicho Popov from the village of Osmar, born circa 1860.
