Item description

Iron blade, deeply curved to the inner cutting edge, partly hardened. Distinct T-shaped reverse of the blade. There is a metal “core” between the handle and the cutting part, not typical of the scimitars in the region. The hilt plaques are of black horn and spread out in two “ears” to either side. The scabbard is missing.
