Item description

Eastern type. Blade of steel with five fullers on each side. The grip is covered with bright metal, probably a wooden core, with projecting rivets, characteristic of this type of weapons. The scabbard is of wood, the locket and the chape – of the same metal as the grip. A leather loop is added for fastening to a belt.
