IGNATOVA, Velislava Ilieva Ignatova (17.І.1902-1989) Born in Vidin in a craftsman’s family. In 1925, he graduated from the Art Academy, majoring in painting under Prof. Nikola Marinov. Long-time teacher of drawing. Participates in all exhibitions in the city. Member of SBH-group of Shumen artists. Participated in National Exhibitions since 1945. Her first painting exhibition was made after her death in 1989 in the Shumen Art Gallery, carried out with the help of her husband.
