Probably buckle top. Two concentric circles of double forged wire of yellow metal . Smaller circle filled with openwork decoration of six-petalled flower, crescents around it. The yellow metal serves as base, and the forms are of dark metal. 4 arcs attached to the larger circle, between them additional decoration of 3 dots
