Biographical data about the author

GENEV, Konstantin Mihailov Genev (BAND) – (19.IV.1936- 2023). Born in Belitsa, Razlozhko. In 1964, he graduated from VIII “N. Pavlovich”, majoring in painting under Academician Dechko Uzunov. From 1964 to 1975 he was a teacher at Shumen University. Freelance artist since 1975. In 1990, he founded the “Prof. N. Rainov” College of Plastic Arts in Sofia. He became its director and chairman of the management board. He works in the field of painting, decorative-monumental arts, spatial layout and graphic design. With creative performances in Hungary, Ukraine, Czech Republic, France. He held solo exhibitions in Bulgaria, Austria, Switzerland and Serbia.
