Georgi Penchev (1924 – 2014). Born on April 27, 1924. In 1946 he was admitted to the Art Academy in Sofia, majoring in painting, in the class of professors Dechko Uzunov and Iliya Petrov. The artist completed his studies in 1951. He preferred small formats in all genres. The creative biography of Georgi Penchev is primarily related to graphic works, metal engraving and wood engraving.
