Zdravko Nedev (1917 – 1981), “Witnesses of a Century”, 1975

NEDEV, Zdravko Nedev Gerov (6.II.1917-1981). Born in Shumen. He studied at the Shumen Men’s High School, later at the Art Academy. In 1944, he held a solo exhibition in which he showed 42 watercolor landscapes. He works as a scenographer in the theaters in Pleven, Dobrich, Shumen, in the Musical Theater “St. Makedonski”. Since 1963, he has been a curator at the Shumen Art Gallery. Member of the Group of Shumen artists since its creation. He works mainly in painting. Participates in regional and national exhibitions. His works can be found in the NHG, abroad – Russia, Hungary, India.
