Nadezhda Kuteva (1946), Trumpeters, 1981

Kuteva, Nadezhda Filipova – born on 11.01.1946, Sofia. In 1972 she graduated from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, majoring in wall painting (decorative-monumental painting). He specialized in the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, USA. He paints still lifes, landscapes, figurative compositions. In recent decades, he researched the Bulgarian folklore heritage and created a series of cycles recreating Bulgarian customs, rites and others. Paintings by Nadezhda Kuteva are owned by NHH, SGHH and many private collections. Nadezhda Kuteva is the daughter of Philip Kutev.
